Ecogold is recycled gold that has been recycled back via a traceable process into fine gold. The feed material for Ecogold comes in the form of scrap from market sectors such as the jewellery, giftware, medical and electronics industries.

If a bar is offered as potential source material for Ecogold, written proof must be supplied confirming that it is not from a mine or from fine gold that has not previously been recycled.
